Mangwedi Mahlanza is the visionary behind Sizakele Design Engineering and Transit, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Engineering and Military sectors. Her career is defined by dedication, technical excellence, and a strong commitment to building solutions that make an impact.
Mangwedi’s professional journey spans Mechanical and Electrical Design Drafting, Project Management, Machining and Manufacturing. She is a Qualified Fitter and Turner, a skilled Design Draftswoman, and an experienced Project Co-ordinator, with a deep understanding of both the technical and operational demands of the engineering industry.
Her expertise was shaped through her work with some of the most reputable and influential organisations in the field, including BAE Systems, Franklin Electric, and Denel Land Systems. These roles provided her with invaluable experience, exposure to advanced engineering environments, and the discipline required to excel in high-performance industries.
Mangwedi’s greatest inspiration comes from her late mother, whose strength, resilience, and unwavering belief in hard work shaped the foundation of who she is today. Growing up, she watched her mother overcome challenges with dignity and determination, teaching her the values of discipline, courage, and perseverance. These lessons became the driving force behind Mangwedi’s passion for engineering and her commitment to excellence. Every milestone she achieves and every project she leads is guided by the principles her mother instilled in her—reminding her that true leadership begins with humility, purpose, and the courage to pursue one’s dreams.

Mr. George Khehla is a highly skilled and versatile professional whose expertise spans Project Management, Site Management, Mechanical Drafting, and Occupational Health & Safety compliance. With a strong technical background and hands-on industry experience, he plays a central role in ensuring that Sizakele Design Engineering and Transit’s projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest engineering standards. George began his career in Mechanical Drafting, where he developed a deep understanding of engineering design principles, technical drawings, and the practical implementation of mechanical systems. His drafting work provided him with the precision, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability necessary for complex engineering environments. His career evolved into site and project management, where he proved his capability in coordinating teams, supervising onsite operations, and ensuring seamless execution of engineering and fabrication projects. George’s ability to oversee daily activities, manage workflows, and maintain strong communication across teams has made him a trusted leader on project sites.
